Mead, traditionally made from the fermentation of honey with water and yeast is perhaps the oldest alcoholic drink in the world, and was being consumed as far back as 9000 years ago.
Wheatleys of Yorkshire produce traditional and seasonal meads in Hull (right nextdoor to Chilli Devil Sauces!) and we're delighted to share them with you!
It does seem that our friend Oliver Wheatley can't produce this stuff quickly enough - so stocks are limited!
